If you have not noticed, but the Regions Bank building has a new exterior. A modern glass exterior reflects the sky and its surroundings to enhance the Indianapolis skyline. This is the third exterior design for the former tallest building in Indianapolis and, in my opinion, the best looking of the three designs.
The new exterior was prompted by the spring storms in April 2006. That storm blew out several windows from the higher floors. Regions Bank made a wise decision to take the opportunity to transform the building’s exterior and bring the look of the tower into the 21st century.
